You can also add Windows Server Essentials maintenance for a little extra.

Our support cost start from *£24.99 a month for new users & *£29.99 thereafter when billed yearly, & our goal is to provide our customers with all round, high quality support and secure solutions, for a flat fee.

You may be wondering ‘what do I get for my money?’, well this is a list of what is included in the price. In addition to our professional & user friendly support service: We can source new hardware which will be compatible with your computer or network system, and if an installation engineer is required, this can be arranged. The only extra you pay is for the new hardware and engineer call-out charge, and we do not charge you for anything you have not agreed to in advance. Whether you have an email issue, virus issue, want assistance with software updates or just need a helping hand, our engineers are eager to help. ** Support only provided remotely, & your device must be accessible over the internet. Does not include repeat issues. On-site or Callout charges not included.
One of our main aims is to bring cost effective computer support to residential families. We do not believe this should be an expensive service, especially now, and we have priced our Home Helppoint Support service at an affordable level, and we are here to support you.
90% of issues can normally be sorted quite quickly and remotely, and our aim is not to charge you the earth for support, we make sure we do as much as we can remotely so you only pay the absolute minimum for a call-out service if absolutely needed.

It is worth noting that some other companies charge between £40 – £90 + Vat, and that is only for 1 or 2 incidents!!

So in order to reduce call-out cost, we work with a network of engineers to ensure we try to get you the best local engineer at the best price. We can source new hardware which will be compatible with your computer system, and if an installation engineer is required, this can be arranged. The only extra you pay is for new hardware and engineer call-out charge, and we do not charge you for anything you have not agreed to in advance. If we have to take the hardware away for repair you do not pay any extra. ** Support only provided remotely, & your device must be accessible over the internet. Does not include repeat issues.
